Love to hear what you thought.
I thought it was really really good.  Very funny.  It was a script that raised questions and did not provide simple answers.
The main characters had struggles that were interesting.
Great movie imo.

i'm not sure if i should even admit this...but i know i am going to get around to seeing this movie. romantic comedies are rarely must see for me. but let's face it...meryl streep is always fabulous. and alec baldwin has always been terrific (one of the true reasons to owning a tv, in 30 rock). but when it comes down to the absolute truth...the older i get...the more pronounced my man-uterus becomes. and middle ages rom coms just get to me. okay? there...i said it...and it's out there.

not sure i am pleased with that oh-so-public admission.

Your right.  Greg, very funny and entertaining.  It's not a "heavy" or revolutionary film, but I wanted  entertainment and got it.  At this point in life - real world is deep and dark enough - don't need to see much more of it on the silver screen.
I guess age  (WISDOM!) has a lot to do with this, in my younger years, I often sought out the "edgier," nuanced, dark - artier films.  Still really love the real good ones - but in much smaller doses.

Chris, I'm sure you'll like and/or love this one - and will come out with your full manhood ID credentials in check. (LOL)

Yes, Steve Martin is in it and does get a little "Wild and Crazy." crazy
