Being (loosly) diagnosed with aspergers makes me wonder how much awareness about it is really out there.
I'm watching a TV sitcom now, that just seems to hint at the possability that the lead charecter has aspergers, even though he has an above average IQ. I'd like to post some scenes that really portrays situations in a way i can see myself handling, just not to that extreme.

The show is called "The Big Bang Theory" and Sheldon, in a VERY exagerated way kinda displays the aspergers charecteristics. And this is coming from a person he was diagnosed with it. Though the writers deny it, many people believe Sheldon may have aspergers and that includes Jim Parsons, the acter who plays him so well.

I love that show...very clever. And you're right Derek.....Jim Parsons is almost like his character. I've seen him interviewed and he is not far from Sheldon in real life.

I wasnt saying anything about how Parsons is much like Sheldon, though he might be. all i was saying is that the charecter Sheldon may have aspergers syndrome, and Parsons himself believes that Sheldon has it.
