Welcome Norwegian Wood!

When you see those songs stacked up, all together, it really knocks  you out!
Really hard to pick just one - but my vote is in.

A hearty welcome to you, NW!!!!! I agree that, when you see these tunes stacked up, it really highlights what a fine songwriter George was...

My vote was for "Taxman"!

I voted for Something - it is a classic, it is the song I bet Macca had wished he'd written! I think it is on a par with Yesterday.

guess i'm a day late and a dollar short.

the best song that george does, but no one knows (or at least no one covers it...not even at the beautiful concert for george) is the art of dying. when i played that song for my wife (on the remastered ATMP) she was floored that she hadn't heard it before.

Oh, yeah...."Art of Dying" is a great lost Harrisong! Could/should have been a hit, methinks...

I'm partial to so many of his songs....every one in a while...another pops up as a favourite.

I have to go with "When We Was Fab."  I'm a sucker for that psychedelic stuff.  And there's something surreal about Jeff Lynde -- who made a career out of imitating the Beatles  -- being enlisted to help George imitate his own Beatles sound.

jawdropper what a tough topic for me.  If solo Isn't it a Pity has to be on that listsmileys7  Yes I admit I like George's songs even in the beatles well most of the ones on the list.  For the album all things must pass i tend to go for the dark songs then don't get me started.  undecided
