Much of the Beatles music begs to be given the traditional classical music touch.  I have burned a CD worth of the best I have heard, ranging from full philharmonic orchestras to a simple classical guitar.

Which songs have you heard that you enjoy - or which songs do you wish to get the "classical treatment?"

Here's a great one from Laurence Juber: Enjoy!

2/3, double awesome!  That is excellent and another reason why I much prefer Beatle songs to be by them or elevated to a different musical genre when performed so great like your example.  Much prefer that to a simple "cover."

Michelle, Fixing a Hole, She's Leaving Home.  John's Strawberry Fields Forever and If I Fell.
I wish George Martin would have scored She's Leaving Home at some point just so we could hear what he would have done.
Hello Goodbye would make a good one.

I would like to see a symphony do this, but it would be great to see it played by symphony musicians who were also Beatles' fans.  I think that it would add to the performance so much.  If the musicians and conductor had a passion for The Beatles it would be different than just people who didn't really care about the group.

There must be a cd called Pickin' On The Beatles because I've heard some tunes with that label as played with banjo, etc and no singing.

I know this is off-topic of this post, but...
This makes me think of times I have read that Beatles' music will be remembered, or exist, in 200-300 years by being played by symphonies.  Maybe.  But I have never believed that it will take orchestras to keep the Beatles' music alive.  I think it will exist in recorded format and perhaps by people playing and singing the tunes in some form of venue.
