I know you can convert a WMP music file into an Itunes MPEG-4 file but can you do a vice-verca? I tried to change it but it won't give you that option to change it to a WMP file just a Quickplayer file.

Yes, get a file converter. there are hundreds of free ones out there. go to download.com and search for em! I use a video converter for those irritating DivX files, and will occasionally switch them to an acceptable iPod format (although, I'm at a point where I'm about to get rid of my Pod for a Zune).

From a quick search, I did find this one http://download.cnet.com/JetAudio-Basic/3000-2141_4-10013740.html?tag=mncol and from the quick skim I did, ot seems like it'll do what you need.

I hope this helps!  beer

iTunes is irritating. It's just that I never have a player that will play DivX files, so I'd convert them......I'd claim laziness, but how I do it seems more difficult......haha

I have Windows :/ and for whatever reason both WMP and QT refuse to play .avi files (which many videos seem to be in when downloaded for me)

You are probably missing all the video Codecs on your computer. If you download the WIndows versions of VLC player, it has ALL the codecs already installed on it.
