famed thin lizzy guitarist gary moore died in his sleep at the age of 58. he was perhaps the greatest guitarist that (practically) no one had ever heard of. listen to his spectacular song (and album) still got the blues. he was a virtuoso in the same way hendrix, clapton, stevie ray vaughn and santana was. feeling sort of sad. i may have to find some old blues albums to make the pain go away.

Yeah, Gary Moore was one of the greats who never seemed to get his deserved attention...plus he played with the Travelling Wilburys on "She's My Baby"....that counts for something, eh?
