We hear alot about John Wilkes Booth. We hear alot about Dr Mudd...What we don't hear alot about is the first woman ever to face capital punishment in the US on the charge of conspiracy to assassinate President Lincoln.

If you are a fan of great acting, or just historical period pieces, go see this one. James McAvoy is the lawyer, Robin Wright the accused. Evan Rachel Wood, Kevin Kline, Colm Meaney, Justin Long and others round it all out.

Its a guilty or not guilty that got me thinking...
