I learned a new word..."Aesthetics". I like the word i agree with it. BUT and here's the thing thats gonna make me a bit unpopular. When it comes to remastering old albums on CD, AESTHETICS STAYS OUT!!! AESTHETICS (and authenticity for that matter) should have no place in it. I strongly believe in using a format to it's full capacity which means bonus tracks or 2 albums on 1 disc, etc. If you want the Aesthetics, go buy the orginal LP.

Aesthetics refers to the overall look or style to an object. I think the word you're looking for is authentic!

Now that was a good point to me.  I'm that guy.  I buy the original lp on vinyl.  What's weird is that...say the new Costello National Ransom or Man Man's Life Fantastic, what is authentic?
Now the vinyl comes out with the rest of the formats.
But I'm for having bonus stuff and remastered stuff because there is the option of getting the lp to "counter that" if you want.

...and please let it be authentic that was the intended word here, or my post is about something else.

Aesthetic...I probably have covered because of the stereo in the living room, the having-to-get-up-to-change-the-record, and the album crates I made, etc.

(Hey I'm going to post a pic of the album crates that are similar to the ones I made.  Mine are just like these but totally crooked, and the sides of the boxes are about a half inch off!)
