We all may think that Paul McCartney has the most versatile voice in pop/rock music...but I recall someone once saying they loved the sound of Paul screaming in the morning. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to list Macca's top five screamers ever.

Here's mine:

1. Helter Skelter- The Daddy of them all.

2. Oh, Darling- A week of screaming, around three minutes of bliss.

3. I'm Down- Paul's homage to Little Richard, a screamer if there ever was one.

4. Oh Woman, Oh Why- A VERY recent addition to my list....just got this one after never having heard it.

5. Monkberry Moon Delight- From the awesome RAM album.

That would be ME!!!!

I have a playlist on my MP3 player called: "Paul Screams"...really!

I like all of yours...Oh!Darling is my favorite Beatles song :)
plus:
Why don't we do it in the Road?? (that's a really good screamer :) )
Long Tall Sally
Rock Show

screaming middles:
Hey Jude
Live and Let Die

sort of:
Angry
Lawdy Miss Clawdy

and i think he wants to scream in Golden Slumbers but doesn't quite...in real life that is...

I am still thinking ;) ...will edit as needed....

in no particular order...

beware my love
oh darling
that was me
helter skelter
she's a woman

honorable mention goes to all of paul's patented "right before the guitar solo screams" ala hard days night. a fine one on revolution after the opening guitar riff

there's a bit at the end of "Soily" on WOA, that puts it in strong contention for my favorite.

there is not a restriction on many times he can say: "Oh, Yeah" in a row...the song should have never ended...
