I'm not going to remember specific tunes off the top of my head, but Paul has done a lot of backup vocal work, especially for Ringo and Badfinger.  I love when suddenly I hear his distinctive voice in backup vocals--it comes as a surprise and always makes me smile.

Another place where Macca's unmistakable voice can be heard is on "Wings Over America", backing Denny & Jimmy Mac.

Yeah, one that makes me smile is the backups in The Ballad of John and Yoko, knowing it was just him and John doing it. Wow, I didn't know that Paul did backup vocals for Badfinger as well. Did he appear on any of the Badfinger hits?

I think Paul sings backup on Badfingers "Knock Down the Old Grey Wall," but I'm not finding documention, so maybe this is an urban legend.  I don't want to be spreading lies as facts.

Anyway, I think you all got my point but I should have clarified that I meant I singing backup for others, not himself.   As we all know, he sings backup for himself all the time; the fun surprises are when we hear him in the background for other artists.

Welcome, Jenny!

How about Macca's back-ground/harmony vocals on:

Donovan's "Mellow Yellow

Carley Simon's "Night Owl" (w/Linda)

Ringo's "Six O'Clock" (written by Macca)

James Taylor (2 cuts on LP, Walking Man)

There's more! crazy

Paul on Mellow Yellow?! Wow, the dude continues to astound me!

John and Paul feature in the backup vocals on We Love You by the Rolling Stones.
