I have. PISSES ME OFF!!  cutevil Why or how does that happen?!? It happened to me!
Whenever you order anything, you're taking a gamble, theres a 70% chance you'll recieve it, but a 30% chance you'll never see it. There's no guarantee.

I can honestly say that I have never been stiffed when I've ordered something, online or otherwise....in a few cases, what I got was not what was promised, but I've always gotten the real goods eventually. Just lucky I guess....

Well, it happened! Estimated due date is here and i did not recieve my order! VERY PISSED OFF! I know it was just a CD but it's the princaple of the thing, you know. I feel very ripped off and disrepected by Amazon! i would like to track my order but my mom has all the info but she doesn't want me to worry about it like its a trivial thing. BEING RIPPED OFF IS NOT A TRIVIAL THING! I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE ANGRY!

i would give it another couple of days. amazon is one of the most reputable on-line stores you can buy from.

how was it shipped? ups does NOT include weekend days as shipping days. however, fedex does. but if it goes out usps (us mail, that is) it could be up to a week later than they thought.

a lot (or some, at least) of what you buy at/from amazon is actually from a third party. meaning it is not shipped from amazon. amazon merely acts as an agent introducing you and the seller. if that is the case, it almost always takes a bit longer.

if you order something, anything, from a reputable on-line seller...the odds of you getting it (and you getting it right) should be somewhere around 100%. don't worry, my friend, you'll get your cd. and when you do, you'll forget all about the fact that it took an extra couple of days to receive.

if you really never receive the cd, contact amazon and they will have the package tracked. that will confirm where it was (or wasn't) shipped. you will get a refund or a new cd shipped to you.

good luck. and be patient. you'll get it.

When I've ordered online I tend to brace myself for non-delivery, but like Merv I have yet to be disappointed. Ordered a couple of things through e-bay and really didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised (and maybe a little lucky).

I ordered some software a couple of years ago on e-bay and received the wrong version. Contacted the seller right away, sent back the wrong thing and got the right one in no time. Very impressive, particularly when the seller could have just kept my $300. Guess there are still some decent people out there.

Still... NOTHING!!!!!!! Like i never even ordered it!! my mom will check the post office Wednesday. Someone here was telling me that sometimes orders stay in the post office and never get delivered because thats just the way the Mexican mail is or something. My mom is gonna check it out Wednesday because she knows where it is. I don't know why she has to wait till Wednesday, i mean i know its not her top priority but she has all the connections i don't, i mean i bought it with my money but she has control over all that. (Thats very complicated to explain). This just aint right!!!

derek how did you pay for it? was it with a credit card? because you can dispute your purchase with visa or mastercard if you have never received it. you don't have to prove you never received it...the seller has to prove you did. so...if you never have...you'll get your money back.

I found something on Amazon last night. You can chat with a dealer there and i told him of my problem, he set another due date Dec. 27, if i don't get it then he'll refund or replace. He think he has an idea whats going on but he didnt share it with me because he wasn't sure, thats cool. As long as he was helpful which he was.
