I was listening to Chris Hardwick's new book "the Nerdist way". In it he proposes that instead of resolutions, you pick a word to set the theme for the year. And then bump all decisions up against that word and see if that decision supports or detracts from your theme word.

My word for 2012 is "Strong". I want to be strong in all areas: mind, body, heart. Here we go 2012......Woo hoo!!!
