Paul McCartney met with the world media this week to talk about his new album Kisses On The Bottom. Here are some highlights from that webstream, including his thoughts on playing with Stevie Wonder again, on returning to the songs of his youth, and on becoming one of rock’s elder statesmen.

I saw this interview the other day, he was commenting on his perception of age and how he thought that 30 was old, and here is still doing it and still feeling good. I look at some of my workmates approaching 60 and they still seem to have a youthful skip in their step. I heard a guy on talkback radio and he said he was 73, but he sounded like he was a lot younger, in that you would not be able to guess his age.

Age seems to be about mind over matter, combined with physical health. I hope Macca continues to record new studio albums and go out and tour. He's still looking good too!
