The Beatles ‘Here Comes The Sun’: Lost Solo Discovered

Here comes the Son.Dhani Harrison, the son of George (the late and great Beatles guitarist) visited Abbey Road studio with long-time Beatles producer George Martin and his son, Giles  to discover something sacred. Deep in the master tracks of “Here Comes The Sun” from 1969?s Abbey Road, Dhani stumbles upon a lost solo from his father’s ballad. It completely changes the texture of the song, not to mention how freakin’ cool it is.
It’s chilling, but doesn’t compare to the moment when George Martin turns to Dhani and says, “You’re like your father.

Why didn't they keep that in the final mix? Probably needed a few more takes just to perfect the notes (a couple sounded a little off) but the idea of doing that guitar part, takes the song to the next level! It's awesome! Gives that section so much momentum, drama and excitement.. it rocks!

What they should do, is load the individual tracks into a computer, isolate and 'fix' the guitar track, and remix it. If only they did that, eh!

That is your homework assignment for the week Kyle. I want you to add that guitar solo yourself and post it back here.  beer

If I had that dvd of 'Living in the Material World' where it came from, I would do that! Maybe could still grab that audio from YouTube and somehow splice it in against the original. Could definitely be interesting!

You could just add the solo to the Beatles song, no?

I'm surprised someone hasn't done that.  It'd possibly go viral.  kylenz would actually be the perfect candidate to do this.
