Ringo Starr is the next featured guest on A&E's weekly one-hour performance and interview series Private Sessions, hosted by Lynn Hoffman premiering this Sunday, February 3rd at 9 AM ET/PT.
The legendary Singer/Songwriter/Drummer chatted with host Lynn Hoffman and sang 4 songs including "Photograph", "With a Little Help From My Friends" and "Boys". Viewers can tune-in to see Ringo Starr also perform the title track off of his anticipated new album Liverpool 8.

Plus, surprise guest appearances from Yoko Ono, Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke as well as Conan O'Brien's Max Weinberg.

THANX for the info. Private Sessions is a great show. I try to see it as often as I can--I think the last great installment I saw was a cpl months back when it featured Ann & Nancy Wilson (my 'ol buddies) I would've missed it that particular Sunday if I didnt get a similar heads up from a local friend. NO WAY am I gonna miss Ringo !

I finally got a chance to see this program this morning (thanks TIVO!) and, after having seen his performance on "The Late, Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson", I was a bit disappointed....the sound on the live music segments was very lacking in the sort of punch I heard on the Ferguson show. However, the interview spots were quite informative. Also, the acoustic guitar player was a different lady, not as....talented!  wink
