One version of history has it that Magic Alex cooked-up the "incident" to dis-credit the Geru, since John was growing close to him - which got in the way of Alex's exclusive influence over John.

Besides, back then, Mia was "Something".  Ask that other geru, Frank Sinatra! bigbeer beer

Hopefully, at the world meditation fest, where Paul, Ringo and a host of others will perform a benefit concert, Paul will resist his tendency to re-write history and overstate his meditative interests. 

Hopefully, he'll state his legitimitate historical participation and interest, give credit to the Maharishi and George's devotion to it,  and focus on today and the future for this worthy project.
