Eddie had a good idea on another site....so I stole it! crazy  What do you think of the idea of Martin Scorsese taking all the available footage...and there are many many hours of film that we haven't seen.... and creating an ultimate version of Let It Be?

I think that would be a fantastic idea...then perhaps they might even release it!

I would freakin' LOVE IT, 2 of 3 !   Scorcese's recent work w/ the Stones was enlightening, so I would absolutely welcome his formidable input in furthering the Let It Be saga...it might ALSO light a fire under Apple's butt and maybe, just maybe, we might get the "official" version out sooner. I wouldnt mind at all a duel project!!!

i know there must be some...but how much unseen footage could there be?

i'm all for it if they could present a whole new(ish) documentary. but most of it i've seen before...probably.

To answer your question chris, on one of the torrent sites, there was about 4 hours of extra material...that I did NOT download...but there is a bunch of it on Youtube.

The Beatles would never agree to it- even an A-lister like him.  They have fought too much about what should and should not be in it- I don't ever expect to see the thing until the heirs do something about it- the majors will have to be dead before this film gets a greenlight.
