OK, Paul has played his Liverpool Concert, so there is even more evidence and speculation about what will comprise the next set-list for the next tour.

Knowing Macca is a creature of habit and with extremely small exception, he will play the same 33 or so songs at every concert stop.  Sure he could change it up, night to night, take votes, etc. but chances are he will NOT.  It will be the same list of songs. Let's give him some feedback on last night.

As a jumping point, below is a list of some atypical songs he did in Liverpool.  Some were brand new songs,   some occassional songs and some very sparsely performed songs he has done on the traditional tours.

Now make 2 piles, KEEPERS and REJECTS, simply denote with designated letter.  The rejects won't be seen this tour and the keepers will be added to the other songs he played last night which you know he will always play.

Comments welcome.  We just want to provide instant feedback, so he can dig deeper for our un-played  in-concert favs.

A. Flaming Pie
B. C'Moon
C. Dance Tonight
D. Calico Skies
E.In Liverpool
F.Follow the Sun
G. Something
H. A Day In the Life
I. Give Peace A Chance

I'll start:

Keepers:A,D, H, I

Rejects: BCEFG

I guess the only ones I would reject outright are: B and F.

I really have no quibble with the rest.

Keepers : A, D thru I (F-I'll Follow The Sun-is one of my all-time fave Beatle songs (Macca at his best, as far as I'm concerned) I've always adored it, albeit one of shortest things they ever recorded (which is it's only weakness)--I long associate it w/ the Beatles '65 album on Capitol rather than the UK Beatles For Sale Lp. It's truly nostalgic 4 me:)It takes me back 43 years !

Rejects: B (although I dont have anything particular against it), and C (sorry to say, for me, "Dance Tonight" is one of Macca's weakest, utterly simplistic melodies. As we all know it's fairly new(off the last solo thing)but I instantly disliked it (an extremely rare thing for me to say about anything by Paulie, but there u have it)The very first time I heard it I thought he must have thrown it together in 2 mins.

Was a thing he wrote for Beatrice...in the kitchen...in about two minutes.... ;)

i'm okay with all of them..except for c-moon. i fear the days of him playing 10 or 12 surprise (unexpected) songs is out of the question, huh?
