I like McCartney II. 

"Love the Back to the Egg cover"?  Oh man, I think I hate that cover as much as you love it.  Kills me every time. 
I suggested in another post how cool it would be to open a concert with "So Glad to See You Here". 
My fav solo covers are 'Ringo', '33 1/3', 'Ram', 'Wildlife' and 'Sometime in NYC'. 

I also love 33 1/3.  Absolutely.

Another Ram fan.  Loverly!
