The thing I liked about this album, were all the various Polaroid photos taken from the sessions... lots of famous people, but most importantly, Paul, George and John are all there. It felt like, even in 1976, The Beatles were still together - in a roundabout kind of way.

The music on the other hand, was not up to Beatle standard, in spite of the Fab contributions. My favourite song is Ringo's cover of Hey Baby.

Yeah Paul wrote a song on it called Pure Gold, and Paul and Linda sing backing vocals on it - not one of my favourites though, but it's cool he was there. :)

It seemed that Ringo tried a few times to use the same formula that made "Ringo" such a success, with considerably diminished results...this record was a prime example. There were some great guests on this one, too, but somehow it just didn't work as well...maybe if he'd had some better songs.
