I hope you don't mind if I intrude, Lady, but I just HAVE to write a little blurb about this movie that LC and I saw this weekend called "Taken". It stars Liam Neeson as a retired intelligence agent whose daughter gets taken (hence the title!) while on a vacation in Paris. I will not spoil anything by saying too much...suffice it to say that this is a top-notch action film with a fine script. We were both tense right up until the final scene! Liam is always worth the money in any film and he pulls off the action VERY convincingly....I highly recommend it!

nope...dont mind at all...i heard good things about this movie from every one of my friends that went to see it...i was under the weather and therefore did NOT go...but i am going to see it tomorrow night...so I am sure i will agree!!

I saw this after a review of "Taken"...thought it was funny:

1 - Never mess with Liam Neeson's Daughter
2 - Never wish Good Luck to someone you don't want to have good Luck. (Specially if you Kidnap his/her daughter)
3 - Horses are way better than karaoke Machines. Don't feel bad about it.
4 - whatever you do Never hide your gun under the toilet sink... Its too obvious. try under the bed or Somewhere in the kitchen... You know, be creative.
5 - If you are in France, please be advised, Taxis are expensive and you don't wanna share it with no One else.
6 - Your father is Always right...
7 - Electricity... Electricity is the solution.
8 - Cops are Dirty all over the place... Just shot their wife and You'll have the info.
9 - Fox is stupid enough to delay this great movie

Saw this yesterday and it is a fully actioned packed flick...for sure....

Had the Bourne to Bond type action...And i didnt know what was going to happen from one moment to the next!! Partially cause it was no where near predictable and partially cause I had a huge screwdriver before I went to the theater...hahahah


It was great though...ya'll go see it!! 4 out of 5...
