I was sorta hoping that maybe....just maybe that "Yellow Submarine" should be remade into a live action film by Tim Burton, if he can do YS what he did with "Alice in Wonderland" (and maybe Johnny Depp as the Blue Meanie) (i havent seen "Alice..." yet, but seen previews and will when it comes out in theaters, but going by what i've seen in the previews so far).
But, yeah, id like to see the 3D one by Zemeckis. As much as Burton can make any live action look like animation, i wouldnt mind seeing a Pixar 3D animation version of it.

Disney did great work with Alice In Wonderland - that was awesome in 3D.

Hopefully its release will coincide with the availability of tvs onto the market that can do 3D without the use of glasses. Both Toshiba and Sony have announced that they will have several models available by the end of this year - meaning the other top brands such as Panasonic and Samsung will have no choice but to follow their lead. I think that once these glasses-free 3D tvs are in the shops, everyone buying a new tv will want one.. it will be like going from black and white to colour. Can't wait!

not sure what i think about the whole 3D phase, though. i know it isn't like it was when i was...or we were...kids. do we know for sure it will be in 3D? when i watch a flick, i don't want to NEED accessories.
