Any of these would be "appropriate" - as would dozens more, but I gotta vote: D. Revolution, as the vocal performance changed the whole concept of the original song!  When he rocked it up - he was making a sales pitch to the Beatles so he could get it released as a single.

To me, Twist and Shout will always be the ultimate Lennon howler.  Rivaled only my Macca's great take on "Long Tall Sally."
