I am really far behind ya'll but I am going to try to catch up...

Amelia is a biopic about Amelia Earheart. Richard Gere, Ewan McGregor and Hilary Swank are the main actors. I have to say, unlike Titanic, where I knew all about it before it happened and the writers molded a story around an actual event, this one taught me stuff. For some reason I thought Earhart was lost over the Atlantic in the Bermuda Triangle, I was wrong. The movie covers just a relatively short time in her life, but it does capture her love of flying and independance and Gene Vidal.

Ewan looks really good as Gene Vidal, they dressed him up nice. ;)

im gonna say it was pretty good 3.5 out of 5 or 7 out of 10, however you look at it ;)

The Earhart story is still fascinating today....it's amazing how BIG the oceans are.
