I love my 2009 Focus, the high gas mileage, zerO emissions and all the other modern efficiencies........BUT I really wish the body and interieor was that of  a classic car, say like my old Corvair.

Imagine classic cars from any era, having all the modern stuff.  All electric, and/or high milage, etc
Supposing they could build a replica or near replica of a classic at an "out the door" retail price, comproble to a Ford Focus price range..........

QUESTION:Which classic(s) would you like to see get the "Lets Talk Beatles Treatment?"

I'll start with two: Chevy Corvair Monza Spyder Convertable and 1957 Ford T-Bird

Your ride?????   dirol

I like this game!

A couple more:

Pontiac Fiero (just think it'd be neat to see a new car with flip up headlights...and this was the first to pop into my head)

Studebaker (don't ask)

Edsel (see above parenthetical)

a Goggomobil (very rare, thought they were cool)

maybe an MG Midget or any old MG really

again, that's all for now

A Studebaker Hawk would be awesome!

Your mentioning a Goggomobile reminded me of a cool place here in GA....it's a micro-car museum. Actual cars that make the original Mini look big.

Take some time and do the virtual tour....well worth it!

Quite a tour!

WoW, that Goggomobile is slick!  Like all the cars listed, too, I remember the Hawk!

Adding: Studebaker Avanti (1963), 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint (very under-rated) and a '59' Chevy Impala (Fins!)

There was a Tesla on display last week in my town...at the Holiday Inn....not sure why they picked their parking lot for that..but anyway...I was really surprised how small it was. Looked pretty nice though.  beer

Exactly, 2/3, it was designed as a special and signed by Macca for a sweepstakes prize back during that tour.
I wonder if the winner drives it around like any other car??? (LOL)
